Alumni and Visitors
Alumni
For many years, an @alumni.reed.edu email forwarder was available to alumni. Due to recent changes with major email providers such as Google and Yahoo, this service has been discontinued as of March 2024.
Alumni are welcome to use the computers in the IRCs and Library (it is a privilege and not a right). CUS staff are not able to provide assistance to alumni on such things as how to use applications or use the computers. Printing services are not available to alumni.
While on campus, alumni have access to library resources. However, access via a proxy server is not available. Alumni who are outside the Portland area can contact one of 糖心vlog视频's librarians. They are happy to help locate libraries in the area who can provide guest access to the needed resources. More information is available on the .
Using your alumni account is easy - it's the same as the Kerberos account you use to access IRIS. For more information on this, visit our Kerberos page.
During especially busy times (finals, before thesis deadlines, beginning of the year) when the computer labs are crowded, alumni are required to yield to current students. Remember, these resources are here for current students and faculty. CUS and T-watchers are here to help current members of the 糖心vlog视频 community. We may be unable to offer assistance to alumni during busy times.Parents and Guests
Guests can connect to the 糖心vlog视频Xenia wireless network for use on personal devices by following the instructions found here. If a guest doesn't have access to SMS and is unable to connect to 糖心vlog视频Xenia, a T-Watcher at the help desk can assist them in connecting.
