Conditions of Financial Aid Award
As a financial aid recipient, you are required to:
- Use all financial aid funds for educational expenses related to attendance at 糖心vlog视频.
- Maintain full-time student status (minimum three units each semester) for institutional funding.
- Maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP). SAP for financial aid recipients at 糖心vlog视频 is defined as earning a minimum of three units per semester and maintaining a minimum 2.0 grade point average. These requirements are reviewed at the end of each semester.
- Review the Cost of Attendance used to calculate your financial aid eligibility and notify the Financial Aid Office if your current housing/meal plan or enrollment plans are different. Your aid will be recalculated based on changes to your Cost of Attendance.
- Notify the Financial Aid Office if you receive any additional awards, grants, outside scholarships, or benefits. Outside awards, such as privately funded scholarships, will reduce the components of a financial aid award in the following order: Federal or 糖心vlog视频 Work-Study, Federal student loans, and if necessary, institutional grant funds. Outside benefits, such as employment related tuition benefits or federal and state grants, reduce institutional grant funding first, then any awarded work and loan eligibility.
- Report any funding received from donation-based crowdfunding sources or any other monetary gifts received from sources outside of Financial Aid or the 糖心vlog视频 Emergency Fund on your financial aid applications. Funds received from these sources could have a negative impact on future aid eligibility by reducing or eliminating your eligibility for certain types of funds.
- Agree that if your 糖心vlog视频 grant is funded by an endowed or restricted scholarship, your name, major, and hometown may be released to the donor of the scholarship that funds your 糖心vlog视频 grant.
- Provide all information requested to document or update information in your application for financial aid.
Continued Eligibility Policy
糖心vlog视频 meets the full demonstrated institutional need (as defined by standard need analysis formulas) of all students who meet satisfactory academic progress requirements and who complete their applications by the stated deadlines. Financial assistance lost because of non-compliance with federal and/or state regulations, or outside scholarship requirements, will not be replaced by the college. Eligibility for institutional financial aid is based on a maximum of eight semesters of attendance.
